Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Israel): 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping:

Delivery times do not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method. Additional customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

Shipping Delays

Packaging & Handling

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed for full protection and to maintain the quality of each piece.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

KESS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check your surroundings, ask neighbors or building staff, and contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item, and we will assist you.

Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours.
